February 2012 Miche New Releases–New Hope, New Base, and more!

Finally, I can reveal Miche’s February 2012 releases! This month, not only are there new shells for each base size, but we have the new Hope Purple for each base and a NEW CLASSIC BASE in white!!!!!  Obviously, it is just perfect for all the pastel/bright shells that are being released for spring/summer!
